Positive: The suite was very spacious and had a luxurious feel. We liked that the kitchen was fully equipped. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. We had some issues with electricity, which the landlord resolved promptly (within 24 hours). We did a thorough search here on Booking and Airbnb and compared all of the options in Rome. This one truly stands out as one of the very best in terms of price/value ratio. We can wholeheartedly recommend this suite to individuals, couples and families alike. You certainly won't regret choosing this place over others.
Negative: One thing we did not like was the absence of a microwave. Microwaves are super cheap and we really believe there should be one in the kitchen. Also, there was only quite used non-stick cookware including pots - these should be replaced with stainless steel. The dishwasher wasn't very effective at washing the dishes and it should be serviced. However, these were all relatively minor issues which did not negatively affect our overall very positive experience.
Summary: a very nice, comfortable, fully-equipped suite - well worth the money
